Daylight savings times
On Sunday out clocks will be set an hour ahead for Daylight Savings time. This means we will be losing an hour of sleep.
To help adjust to this change I should go to sleep and hour earlier. This will help me feel well rested.i will go to bed at 8:30 pm.
The positive part about Daylight savings is we will have more sunlight in the morning. Sunlight coming through the window in the morning will make it easier to wake up.
